We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Home Deputy Manager to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, supporting staff, and driving the continued development of our business

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Home Deputy Manager to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, supporting staff, and driving the continued development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out care calls as part of the role, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care delivery.

  • Support the growth and development of the business, contributing to service improvement and expansion.

  • Complete, review, and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments.

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for care staff and new trainees (including trainee courses or similar).

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

  • Provide support and supervision to care staff, promoting best practices and professional development.

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care.

  • Working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

  • Must have own car and must be able to drive.

  • Previous experience in a senior care or deputy manager role preferred.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • A caring, professional, and proactive approach to supporting both clients and staff.

  • Salary of £28,000 per annum.
