We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Home Deputy Manager to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, supporting staff, and driving the continued development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out care calls as part of the role, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care delivery.

Support the growth and development of the business, contributing to service improvement and expansion.

Complete, review, and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments.

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for care staff and new trainees (including trainee courses or similar).

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

Provide support and supervision to care staff, promoting best practices and professional development.

Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of operations.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Must have own car and must be able to drive.

Previous experience in a senior care or deputy manager role preferred.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

A caring, professional, and proactive approach to supporting both clients and staff.
