Need temporary employee but  on an ongoing fixed basis?  They become part of the team, can be for  Weeks or Months.  We aim to stabilise your place of work by giving continuity of the same staff all the time.

Our cover staff are inhouse Home Care Assistnats looking for extra work.  This offers continuity as we will endeavour to send  you the same carers every time.  This will reducde the need to keep training new cover staff. 

If you have been sent an agency cover worker who comes to train from you and not work for you, then you are in the right hands with our carers. Our Merit Carers also work in our Domiciliary Care Agency gaining all the expereince required.
